toombul to redcliffe... WOOO!
last sunday i did my first epic bike mission... toombul to redcliffe return, 85kms, by roadbike, in 4 hours.
got lost a few times on the way, and took a few long detours, but all was good and i surprisingly dont feel achy or stuffed at all.
a great and speedy ride.
quite looking forward to a few more epic bike mishes, and a 100km ride at some point in the next few months. just for fun. just for something to challenge me. just because i can.
in other news, im still extremely shitty with a few people regarding the incident a few weekends ago, especially seeing i havent spoken to them. will hopefully get to air my discontent to a person tommorow sometime, because i like to think i can pull my friends up and call them selfish assholes when the occasion calls for something to be said. i also hope that all this can be righted before the party on saturday night, of which i sorta am not looking forward to due to a certain few people who might be attending. one of which is a guy from work who asked me out and now im feeling ***REALLY WEIRD***.
apart from that, i completely aced the practical section of biochem last semester, which i was really surprised at, but have not gotten results for subjects and finals for the semester yet... this is shitting me a bit. as i would like to know how i did.
i hope i get them before saturday, so i can either drown or celebrate.
